Our Theme –  -Maureen will guide you through a calming series of exercises based in positive psychology along with breath work, vibrational sounds and guided meditations. This allows for the Individual to explore a deeper awareness & self-exploration in healing through their artistic expression of emotions through the use of color. *No prior knowledge of Art is needed. Many times the less is even better. This is a small intimate class of only 12.
