A series of amazing workshops being offered in allowing individuals to better process their  emotions in the form of artistic expression through form of color, in mediums of drawing, painting, collage, and art journaling. Maureen will guide you through a calming series of exercises & breath work which will allow you to explore a deeper awareness & self-exploration in healing through artistic expression of emotions and through the use of color. No prior knowledge of art is needed. Many times the less is even better.

Maureen offers individual and group workshops in areas of divorce recovery for adults, as well as children ​​(Adult and Child Bereavement Workshops). She also provides workshops in areas of Compassion Fatigue which is designed for individuals continuously giving of themselves to others and is recommended for anyone in the line of service which includes doctors, nurses, counselors, therapists, educators and caregivers. A series of workshops in sound and color will be offered in the near future.

Healing Art Workshops provides an excellent tool to assist adults as well as children in examining their positive self-worth which in turn opens levels of communication.​
