Creative Visual Meditation Class from 10 to 12 Thursdays at One11 Art

Hi all,

This relaxing, blood pressure lowering gathering is an ongoing class or time to get in touch with your creative side–we all have one. We will be exploring different art materials and techniques and see what develops.

If you have been here before, bring your little book and pen for at least 1 meditative drawing and we will also do some sink art. For $30, per week, you get all the supplies are provided for this fun exploration of drawing and art techniques and things art related. Coffee and tea will be provided.
